Core Values
When we founded our company, one of the first things we did was create a set of core values that would serve as our guiding principles for how we run all aspects of our bakery. These core values reflect what is truly important to us and they influence everything from strategic planning to how we hire. They are not simply another page in our Employee Handbook, but rather tenets that we integrate into our day-to-day operations.
