Donation Policy
Galaxy Desserts takes pride in its commitment to supporting the communities in which it operates by aiding local non-profit organizations through in-kind cake and other desserts donations and gift certificates. We do not provide monetary donations.
We have established the following guidelines to follow when considering eligible organizations.
Organization Criteria
Please note that Galaxy Desserts favors non-profit organizations which:
- Are non-profit organizations with 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt status
- Are organizations whose mission aligns with Galaxy’s Core Values
- Are based in the San Francisco Bay Area
How to submit a Donation Request
Download our Donation Request Form. Please fill it out and email it to the address listed on the form. You can also fax it to (510) 439-3170; Attention: Donations
Please note that there is a processing/lead time of up to three weeks. All requests are reviewed and will be answered. If your donation request is approved, you will be provided contact information to arrange to get your product.
Product Donation Pick Up
All donated products must be picked up at our manufacturing facility in Richmond, CA. We are unable to ship or deliver products.
Freezer space must be available as our desserts need to be frozen up to two to three hours before the event in order to ensure the best quality of our products.
