Sweeten your
Winter Season!
Bonjour Friends!
2011 is off to a roaring start
and we can't wait to show off our latest goodies and news. At the
end of 2010, we had the good fortune of being selected as one of
Oprah's Favorite Things (again) with our Mini Butter Croissants!
Then, Whoopi Goldberg of the "The View" chose our Sticky
Buns (exclusively sold at Williams-Sonoma) as best gift under $50!
Needless to say, our holiday season was super busy!
In January, we finished
another successful year at the Fancy Food show in San Francisco. We introduced our
sizzling Chocolate Satisfaction Mousse Cake (image above) that was
featured on the Cambria Cove cover. We also introduced other new
items: Brie en Croute and our Petits Fours. Our new line of
Ready-to-Bake Mini Pastries was a big hit at the show and
show-goers were treated to freshly baked samples! Contact your
Sales Representative to sample any one of our new items.
Cheers!

Galaxy Desserts
are Oprah's Favorite--5 times!
|
|
We did it again. Our Mini
Butter Croissant was selected to appear in Oprah's last Favorite
Things show in late November 2010. We have appeared on the Favorite
Things show over 5 times since 2002. We take great pride in this
year's selection since it's Oprah's final year for her
syndicated show which has run for over 25 years. Galaxy Desserts
first appeared on the Favorite Thing show in 2002, 2005, 2006 with
our Butter Croissants, 2003 for our Molten Chocolate Lava Cake, and
in 2010, our Mini Butter Croissants. We hope to continue to be part
of her future broadcasts by offering any one of our delectable
pastries and, of course, our decadent desserts.

Gordon
Food Service started out as a butter-and-egg
delivery business more than a century ago. Today, they are the
largest family-owned broadline foodservice distributor in North
America—and one of the largest privately held companies in
the United
States. They weathered a lot of
changes since 1897. They have even instituted a fair number
of them, leading the industry into new and more efficient ways of
doing business. But their values remain the same as those of the
23-year-old entrepreneur who started it all: hard work,
reliability, and integrity are the only business practices that
really matter.
At Gordon Food Service,
their name describes their passion—they're
family-owned, love the food business, and they are devoted to
serving their customers. The entire Gordon Food Service team carries
this passion forward into thousands of daily business transactions,
all aimed at exceeding their customers' expectations.
